Rescue Elementary School

Dear Rescue Families,

 

Welcome back to Rescue Elementary! We hope you had a wonderful summer filled with fun, relaxation, and special memories with family and friends. It’s hard to believe how quickly summer has flown by! Our campus is nearly ready to welcome everyone back, and we are excited to begin another fantastic school year. We can't wait to reconnect with our returning students and families while also welcoming the many new faces joining our Rescue Elementary community. Here's to a great year of learning, growth, and success together! 

 

Over the summer, our campus underwent routine maintenance to ensure our school is clean, safe, and ready for students. We are especially excited to unveil our completed mural and newly painted, colorful blacktop, which add even more vibrancy to our campus. We have also purchased new stage risers that provide additional space, allowing us to safely accommodate more students during assemblies, performances, and special events. We look forward to seeing our students enjoy these new improvements as we kick off another wonderful year together! 

This year, we’ve had minimal changes to our teaching staff. Mrs. Maurer has moved from 4th grade to 5th.  We will also have several new yard supervisors and classroom aides.

 

We will be using the Parent Portal (Aeries) to notify families of their child’s class assignment for the 2026–27 school year. In the spirit of protecting confidentiality, class assignments will be available to parents through their Parent Portal account on August 12th after 4:00 p.m. You must update your Aeries information for the program to allow you to view the class.  If you have any questions, please contact the office.
